Postage

All items ship via UPS within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
EU (UPS Standard): 1-2 working days
USA: 1-3 working days
Rest of World: 1-4 working days

In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during post, then we are responsible and will issue either a refund or replacement. Please inform us within 48 hours after you received the packet.

Refund Policy

If you are not happy with your item, then you are entitled to a full refund if it is returned within 14 days.

Guarantee

For items shipped within the EU you are entitled to a minimum of a one-year legal guarantee.
